Shipping
All orders are shipped prepaid via best way and charges will be invoiced to you. We
ship by the most economical method. We use UPS whenever possible. Large
orders or orders that exceed UPS weight or size limits will ship via Common Carrier.
Returns

Items must be returned in salable quantities and condition within 30 days of purchase for credit. Customers will be
responsible for 15% re-stocking charge plus any freight associated with the return. Custom items may not be returned for credit.
Pricing
While we try to maintain prices on our products, occasionally, due to market conditions
and other circumstances beyond our control, pricing may change without notice.
Samples
A reasonable amount of samples of most items will be available to ship directly. Certain items are not available as samples. Freight charges will be passed along on all requests to ship samples.
Minimum Order
Pinnacle Packaging, Inc. does not have a minimum dollar order. Items may have a minimum
quantity they must be purchased in.
